Paul Eslinger

It has been my pleasure to be part of the Maghielse team since 2008. Growing up on a small dairy farm instilled not only a great work ethic, but a mindset to “make hay when the sun shines”. Clients have and will continue to find me to be very accessible to their inquiries beyond “normal business hours”. Fifteen years of management in the home improvement industry brings a good understanding of building products and techniques. Clients have appreciated honest opinions and research allowing them to make the best decision for themselves, be it on either the buying or selling side of a transaction. My wife Robin and as well as our two daughters have enjoyed living in the NE Grand Rapids/Rockford area since 1994. Interests include just about any outdoor activity, including fishing, hunting and hiking and the restoration and collecting of classic cars and of course spending time with family and friends! Colleen Kleeves

My name is Colleen Kleeves.  I am married and have three children.  I have been working with Denise as a buyers agent for over eight years.  I have had my Real Estate License for over twenty years.  Denise and I go way back.  We went to middle school and high school together and it is an honor to work for and with her after all of those years.  I really enjoy working with buyers, trying to look for the “perfect house”.  It gives me great pleasure when they find their dream home.  Whether it is their first home or their last/retirement home, the hunt is always the fun part.  I love to shop by nature, and know the value in checking out several homes to compare price and quality.   In my past I have bought and sold many homes of my own and have “vision” from experience on the possibilities of what a home can become from decorating ideas to how different rooms can be used to accommodate my buyer’s needs.   The best part of Real Estate is all of the people and families that I have the opportunity to meet and work with, and how gratifying it is to become not only their agent but also their friend guiding them through one of the most important decisions of their life.

Kris Simms

I have been with Maghielse & Company since 1998. While wearing many hats for Denise and keeping things in control, she feels like family. I have been a licensed Realtor since 2006. I live in Rockford with my husband Pete and 2 children. I truly enjoy working with clients weather it’s their first home or looking for a rental I love the hunt for that perfect home. Helping clients visual what that home will look like with their touches  is so much fun.  I think If I paint my living room one more time my husband my kill me.   At the end I’m not just their agent  I have made new friends.
